Can't supply you any answer because I don't know what your boss' personality is like.I once worked for a complete *itch! I have it in mind the site of me just made this woman angry. I never did anything right for her. She was other nit picking on me. Everything was "offensive" to her. With it be humor or a serious look she was sensitive by it and would say that others were sensitive by it too.
My boss was the Assistant Director of Human Resources and I was the Secretary. She treated me approaching scum because I did not have a amount. She was very prejudice that agency. One day, she ordered pizza (which cost at that time $4.65) and my coworker told me she left $5.00 underneath a folder on my desk. When the pizza guy come, I felt bad that she have only left him next to a $0.35 tip. I called Therese (the *itch) to let her know the pizza come. She said, "I will be right out." When she came out, she asked for her change. I said, "I'm sorry. I didn't realize you wanted any change." She slammed the pizza on my desk go into her office and called my coworker to stir sit at my desk so that she could call me into her office for a closed door talks and reprimand me. When she called me she told me to bring her pizza in. At this point, I have enough of her $hit! I called my boyfriend and said, "today will be the first time contained by my life that I will be fired!" When I went into her bureau, I had enough of her! I told her to catch her own pizza. That's not in my job description. Next article I know the words just flowed right out of my mouth without control and I can't remember everythign that be said. She stated that she was going to have me written up for my attitude. I told her to bring it on because I be going to file an appeal and take it to a better level. There was nil wrong with my standing up for myself. She never wrote me up!
I found a much better job subsequent and rubbed it in her face that I be making almost as much as she was.
That was the best morning of my life working for that stuck up snot.

Give her some space, verbs with your work and do it perfectly. After some time consequently you can talk to her and find out what made her spark. I enjoy dealt with someone resembling this for over a year. I am not sure what the circumstances are, so it's hard to say how you should counter.
But the best thing to do is to just retreat for immediately, discuss it later. If it is unwarranted on her part.simply give her a blank stare and walk away. My luck be that everyone in every department had witnessed the widespread behavior at one time or another. Finally, someone gave her the run down. She was dismayed...she still does it at times, but is more likely to stop and think nearly what she is doing. She gets mad roughly speaking something and is always ready to attack the personality most closely working with her...I take it at facade value. While not acceptable, it's not personal any.
