2 Days of Training?
I got a job within a field I'm not too familiar beside. The woman whose position I will be taking is leaving in 2 days. Can you pass me some pointers of important questions I should ask her and probably take notes something like? She is leaving and I may not be able to contact her, I don't want to be LOST when she is gone for honourable. I don't believe 2 days of training is adequate.but with the right question, I might feel more comfy in the current job. Thanks in credit, guys!

I have 2 employees have words, both stories match after counseling. both refuse to apologize to the other. I stipulation them to play nice because they are supervisors, what can I do to make them play nice in the sandbox, lacking losing one or the other. It was a stressful day and and I deliberate they can work well together, but how do I make them both positive?

I left a company & planning to go hindmost and the same has be accepted by my ex-manager. 2 employees who vanished long back 1year or so before I vanished also seem to have approached my ex-manager for re-joining the company. Reason individual pay for all within this co. has been hiked. I be the first to re-apply. Now the prob. is I feel somewhat disturbed by hearing this report from a confidante. 2 weeks interest for a company i.e. downsizing?
My job has begin laying people past its sell-by date. They insist that people on my coast are safe.but you never know. Should I bestow two weeks notice if I find a better gig? I plan they wouldn't give me two weeks notice if they laid me bad.

Hi everyone, I know I'm asking alot of the same kind of question but I was just looking for an answer to a grill I have and I can't find it. I have to tender my 2 weeks notice on Monday. I don't think my boss is going to be contained by then. If she doesn't come in, in attendance is noone else in charge (she owns the company and there are solely 5 of us total) should I just leave the epistle on her desk and date it for Monday and let her see it on Fri. morning? Should I call her and transmit her? Or, should I give it to another employee who is "supposedly" within charge when shes not there, this girl is just another analyst but is mainly in charge of the patients. I only just don't want her coming back in on Fri. (she's going out of town Tues-Thurs.)saying that I really didn't hand over her two weeks notice when I really did, she just wasn't nearby to get it. I retired in May2007. Recently (After my retirement) the company I worked for paid the bonus profit share for the ancient finantial year. Should I not be entitled to it? Only serious competent answers Please.
23 y/o womanly as an Office Manager or Executive Asst..?
I have went on several interviews for Office proprietor and Exec Asst. jobs but once they realize and see how "young" I am, they immediately disqualify me for employment. I am a thoroughly mature young fully developed and ready and willing to transport on new challenges, but I believe may age is hindering me from accomplishing my goal. What is an appropiate age to be an Office Manager or Executive Asst? Thanks in Advance.
2nd Job Interview Preparation & Negotiation Strategy?
I have a 2nd interview next week near the RVP (the person who I will be supporting along with his team) and want to know how to best prepare for it. The 1st interview be with the HR Mgr and a person surrounded by a similar position. The interview was skill orientated and situational questions. I am thinking #2 is mostly a sense of self match at this point&to see if RVP thinks I can do the brief. I have reviewed their benefits on the web&from them. I don't know the salary of this position or the vac pkg. I submitted my job application by fax shortly before the actual interview and down my salary requirements on it. This position is non-exempt &between myself&1 other candidate. Question: Is it possible to negotiate salary&time off? I am leaving a job of 7yrs and will be loosing 3wks vac. I own a trip planned for Sept 07(5 days)&a yrly trip back home of 7 days that I would like to transport. Does anyone have suggestions or experience with this? This is foreign to me, as I haven't interviewed much.
3 MEETING & EXCEL TEST.. what to expect?
had the first interview it went in good health Then on our second interview we went over what took place on the first interview, then I met next to one of the people I would be working with that go well & then the pave the way of HR to discuss benefits etc. before I left we go over salary & decided on a remuneration. Now I have to go surrounded by again to take an excel test( never done this before).I am pretty comfortable with excel it be the only program a I used on my last profession.. what to expect for the test & how long is it? what do I wear this go'round? what are the chances that I will obtain this job?

hi... I graduated with a scope in electrical engineering , But due to some family problems and personal ( break up/depression ) I couldn't find a clothed job in my corral .
