In the state of Florida. What is the everyday percentage split between the Sales associate and the Broker the sales associate works for on the sale of a home.

What is the average percentage remunerated or asked to be paid to the real estate company on the mart of a home?

If it's a standard 6%, split is as follows

1.5% to the selling real estate company
1.5% to the selling real estate agent
1.5% to the buying material estate company
1.5% to the buying real estate agent.

Now discounts are being negotiate, and usually it's the selling real estate that eats the discount - you can see offer of 4 - 5% for higher priced properties.

When real estate agents be paid more money, they can usually negotiate getting more than 1.5%, but that's the contract between them and the company they contract through (century 21, et al).
