Has anybody posted nearby resume online?
On intervening 6 months - want to...
Should i become a professional serial murderer?
I posted mine on monster.com a few years ago and it worked. I got a lot of responses and in actual fact went to work for one of the companies that contacted me through it.
You can post your resume online but that means ALL your personal details will be available for anyone to search, not a short time ago potential employers. And you will receive a lot of spam, it you own your email address on the resume. A LOT of spam, for all sorts of 'work at home' opportunities, loan offer, etc.
In my opinion, it's not worth it, and the chance of finding a physical job that way is outstandingly small.
You will have a MUCH better chance at finding a available job if you are an active and determined participant in the process. Don't linger for employers to look for you - you should be looking for them, and in more places that newly the internet.
