I need some ideas for when they ask question like what are your highpoints and what are your weaknesses, I'm sorry but I couldn't deliberate under pressure and I know this woman is going to ask me similar questions. Please I requirement sample answers. And when they ask you to tell them roughly speaking yourself, does that mean about your personal time? I get so confused. Thanks

I've lately be promoted to governor at a restaurant. I want to know how I can be an decisive superintendent?
IE: how can I get the employees to do as I ask w/o me sounding bossy or bitchy, esp. because I'm friends near most of them? There are alot of new things happening at this restaurant and I be promoted to help change how the servers are working, but I can't see to do it w/o emotion like I'm a nag. Any ideas?

Well basically I'm still young but my first occupation choice in the construction field is not turning out to be so hot. I'm trying to desire on a different career path but something still using creativity and other on the go. I've always like to cook but never gave being a chef a thought. yes, its my first job and my first day at mcdo.. i confess that im not well acquainted and familiarized with the rules esp. on the proper ettiquites(can you explain to me more nearly those?pls..).. aside from that, there are times when im confused with the food information esp. because they're too fast( those times im asigned at the drive-thru where im the one double checking and giving the food at the window).. im also not well familiarized on how to serve foods as in good health as on how to operate some machines so i often ask a lot of question w/c sometimes makes me feel dumb...what will i do to solve these situations.. is it typical to feel confused on the first day?what will i do the subsequent day to perform my work better?
