Work as an urban planner contained by Australia?

My Australian visa application case is likely to be closed soon.

So I’d approaching to know, if I complete master’s coursework study in urban and regional planning from the UNSW or QUT, is it difficult to find a job contained by public sector, like
a city council? I know it certainly depends, but what is the nonspecific situation?

Will they have a bias against Asians when hiring people? Will the shortage contained by planners
make it easier to find a job, when compared to heaps other fields? How about the
art prospect?

I have a master’s degree within civil engineering, but not an Australian degree.
I find I in certainty take no interest in civil after have worked as a civil engineer for 3 yrs. That’s why I want to transfer to planning.

Does it really cost money for files...
