Statutory Sick Pay - Rules on Medical Certification?
My employer says that I need to provide a doctors memo for over 7 "calendar days" of absence rather than over 7 "working/qualifying" days? Is this correct? I hold had 6 working days off, but this includes a weekend so are they correct surrounded by telling me that I will need to capture a doctors note even though it is not over 7 days? I'm of the opinion that I would hold had only have 6 working days and therefore do not need a Drs facts but they are now saying I own had 12 days off (including 2 weekends & 2 edge holidays) and thus need a Drs note? Steps,Requirements&Payrate of Traveling RN nurse?
Im 19 female in Chicago that purely graduated homeschooling, and I want to become a travel nurse, where are some of the places you go, and I know im not good with direction, so that sucks.lol Did you enjoy a car with you when you traveled? Or did u a short time ago ake a plane? I never been on a plane before, ok Im not the smartest character in the world, so I know that there are some requirements earlier I can even get to be an RN, my highschool gpa is 3.46 is that good or no? Can you plzzzzzzzzzzz oblige me.lol. Because I really want to do the nursing thing and I'd love to travel but I can't even travel my own city.lol Tell me if this plan will work I wnt to go to a community college down teh street from me call Prarie State College in Chicago Heights my prerequisites or whatever wil probably purloin me a year and a half before I can even get hold of into the 2year RN Program that they have for the associates then afterwards I want to jump to a 4year college at Olivet Nazerine University to get my BSN so that'll be like 7years after trying to find a job as an RN and work a year then trying to travel so adjectives together is 8years, alsoooooo how the heck did you pay for everything? because I come from a very lowincome nearest and dearest just my mom and brother both disabled and on ssi, so i think financial aid will income for my years at the community college for free, but im not sure baout the university i think it's a private college it's like a christian college.so plzzzzzzzz next to whatever answer you can give me would be soooooooooooo helping, how much be you making as a travel nurse or before being a travel nurse and be that NCFLEX or whatever test reallyhard to cart? Was there really hard classes you have to take befor you ca even become an RN?

Stick next to CNA or find another opportunity?
I have a part time mission, but wanted another job to gain experience surrounded by medicine. So I'm currently enrolled contained by a CNA course. I was hoping that the scope of practice of a nursing assistant be going to be much greater than what it actually is. I really really dislike the idea of doing adjectives the grunt work (bathing, enemas, dressing, feeding, helping with elimination), but I want to be a nurse, hopefully RN soon. However, I also have an associates degree surrounded by biology. Could I get a job near this? If so, what? By the way, I can deal near sights and smells of feces, blood, urine, vomit, but I was wondering if there are other job that I actually do with my college scope. It almost seems like I did adjectives that work in school for zilch.

Still struggling to prefer between a B.S. contained by Nursing versus an associates point within nursing. Help?!?!?
The main thing that I can recount a diffference is that you have to take a **** nouns of more classes with a B.S.N. including chemistry 1 and 2, statistics, so on. With the associates program, you don't have to rob any of the classes mentioned. Just your human anatomy 1 and 2, microbiology, so on. I asked this question a while back, but never get a straight answer. How much difference is there in net? I have looked at websites, but there's so different information. Hope someone can help!
