Is it wrong for a situation to not reward you for training and you did not achieve hired?

26-7 hours of training within a week and I'm also under 18 years of age.

Some jobs do not take-home pay for training. What did they tell you before you started training? If they told you it be paid training, then contact your state's labor board, and they will serve you get your money. A job is not required to hire you after training

What set of words should i use...

If you are underneath 18, there is a "training" provision in the Federal labor ruling that allows an employer not to pay you for an initial training period ( a week or two at most.) So, this is permitted although not very nice.
