They can pay anyone whatever they want to. You and another piece timer could be paid differently even, and it wouldn't be illegal as long as the lowest rewarded person is making at least minimum wage.

It would be terrifically common to pay full time force higher than part time.

Are nearby any websites online where on...

It's probably legal, although undeserved. In general, employers can alter pay however, they want. If you could prove they only hired men for fulltime positions, or Caucasians, you might own a case. But otherwise, you just own to accept it. (I just found out I be paid a lot more than another member of staff who was allowed to work at home--they knew he be so grateful to work at home, and so unlikely to get another employer to agree to that, that he'd accept a lower stipend.)

I'm gonna involve you to walk ahead...

sorry but yes it is legal -- if you do not like it you can verbs but wait till you have a exotic job!

Is a contract opportunity specifically 1099 suppose...

As long as it is over the minimum wage and within is no discrimination going on, they can pay you doesn`t matter what you agree to. You agreed, right?

What does UK employment tenet vote in...

As long as you are one paid at least minimum wage, nearby is nothing you can do about it. If it's smaller amount than minimum wage, then you have a leg to stand on. Also, they may be remunerated more because they have more experience even though it is a new store. Chances are they come from a similar company and their experience is what made them a) full time and b) more money.

This is why the topic of wages is supposed to be confidential, all it does is tick people bad when they know what the next guy's making.
