If the company who own a business park have to cut off the sea supply for a day,how do the people who hold businesses there cope with that?
Are in that rules about on site staff needing to be capable of have drinking water and paw cleaning facilities and do they have to provide bathrooms?
Do they in actuality have to shut down because there isn't running river or can they simply provide bottled water and hand cleaning wipe and buckets of water to flush the toilets?

If the water company shuts down the supply to business premises, I think they are bound by decree to lay in an alternative supply for reasons of strength. It must also be suitable for drinking.

i think they enjoy a legal duty to provide staff with fresh marine and hygiene facilities, so "hand wipes" wouldnt be enough!
