I know that with what we do, and the fact that we conscript others and train them to do the business and market the plans that we offer, we are building a troop. And by us helping them, training them, etc. and once they can then do it for themselves and promote and start building their own teams, we after get paid override commissions base on their individual sales groups, or their team of those. So essentially, we then are getting paid not singular on our own efforts, but that of our team as capably.
