14 year elderly floral associate at publix?
What can I do almost my situation...
Trying to find work...please support?
Most places require you to be at least 16 years hoary. You would probably start out as a cashier. You would probably have to work within a while to become a floral associate.
Having a not easy time celling?
Just curious ... why Publix? You are still a little young , which doesn't connote you are irresponsible but rather inexperienced. Most larger companies do not higher anyone younger than 18, b/c you are a liability (most feasible your state requires you to get a work permit from academy and your parents permission).
You can start by calling Publix store customer service and ask what the minimum age is. You should also call around floral shops b/c they are independently owned and more flexible when it comes to hiring.
Some things you can do to highlight your behaviour since you don't really experience.
1) Right down any babysitting, volunteer work or organizations you belong to . It shows you are responsible and dedicated.
2) Also, look at erudition more about the dept/ product you are selling .. study flowers! There are some great websites that will teach you the rudiments. Doing this will show you take initiative - meaning you do things short being told and have a devotion for the field!
