I'm applying for job in tech support, and i'm so confused. Mainly is nearby a difference between Desktop Support Engineer and IT Support Specialist?

Definitely read the job description. The one difference may be that Desktop Support is clearly focused on supporting end users and their PCs. An IT Support Engineer may be required to support other equipment approaching servers, routers, network printers, etc.
